Character App doesn't offer Kling. Use Kling when you want strong motion in single shots straight from the model maker. Use Character App when the hard part is keeping one Character the same across many Clips, Slideshows and Episodes.
Kling is Kuaishou's video model family; its site leads with Kling 4.0 for video, Kling Image 3.0, a Creative Studio with motion control, a node-based Canvas, an MCP and CLI for batch work, and an API. Character App is not a model. It is a studio where you make a Character once and film it on several models: H3 Turbo, HG H3 Max, H3 Omni Fast, H3 Max, Wan 3.0, Wan 3.0 Prime, Gemini Flash and Seedance 2.5.

Character App is for people making something with a recurring lead: a series, a vertical drama, a mascot's weekly Clip, a narrated story channel. It handles the parts around the model: the saved Character, the written Story, the Scenes, and the price on every button.

We couldn't read Kling's plan prices on its own site on 1 November 2026, and third-party figures disagree, so we don't quote them. Character App's plans print what they make: the $39.99 Creator plan makes 64 HD H3 videos, or 266 Nano Banana 2.1 pictures, or ~29 Seedance 2.5 videos, or 40 Slideshow Stories. A 5-second Wan 3.0 Clip is 60 Credits (12 a second).

What should I use instead of Kling for motion?
Wan 3.0 is the pick marked "Best motion" (12 Credits a second, 2 to 15 seconds at 720p). H3 Max is marked "Sharp detail" (10 Credits a second). Both film your saved Character.
How do I keep a character consistent across Kling clips?
Reuse the same reference picture every time and keep the outfit and lighting words the same. In Character App the saved Character does this for you on every model.
