How to make a VTuber character
Describe the persona in one line: hair, eyes, outfit and one signature prop. What this is, and what it isn't
VTuber tools usually do one of two jobs: draw an avatar, or rig one for live face tracking. Character App does the first and skips the second. It designs the persona as a Character and then films them: a debut trailer, a lore Episode about the night she fell out of the sky, a skit where the cat-ear hood gets stuck. Keep your live model for streams; use this for everything between them, where the same face has to show up Episode after Episode.
Anchors that survive every Look
Chat recognises a persona at thumbnail size. Give yours three anchors and they carry across anime, 3D and chibi.

Lore that fills the schedule
A persona with lore gets clipped; a persona without it gets forgotten. Plan a short series: the debut, the origin, the rival, the anniversary. Every Episode reuses the same World (the streaming room, the floating island, the convenience store where it all began) and the same Cast. When chat invents a running joke, give it a Scene.
Your face, or nobody's
You can base the persona on your own photo, anime-fied, so people recognise you at a meetup. Anyone else's face needs their written consent, and look-alikes of other VTubers or existing anime characters are out: invent. Character App is for members 17 and over. Does this rig my avatar for live streaming?
No. It designs the persona and films lore and story Clips. For live face tracking, keep using your streaming and tracking software.
Can I use it for 2D or 3D-styled VTubers?
Yes, as a Look: anime cel, stylized 3D or chibi, and the same Character can appear in more than one. You get Images and Clips, not a model file.
Can the same persona appear in many lore videos?
Yes. The persona keeps the same hair, eyes and props in every Scene and Episode you direct.
Can I base my VTuber on my own face?
