Not an isekai: the gates come here
In an isekai the hero leaves. Here the other world arrives: gates open in a library, a subway, a parking lot, and hunters are ranked by how much they can handle. The hero stays in our world and climbs. For the leave-home version, see isekai.
Status windows, honestly
The system talks in text: daily quests, level-ups, warnings. In Character App those are on-screen words in a Slideshow or lines in the Story, not a game interface laid over the picture. Keep them short and funny and they do the job.
Rank up arc by arc
