Why the same two faces matter
A romance lives on recognition. If a lead's face drifts between Scenes, the audience stops believing the look between them. Character App builds each Character once — from a description or your own photo — and keeps them on-model through close-ups, wides and wardrobe changes. The World holds too — the bookshop, the rooftop bar, the kitchen where they finally talk — so a callback in Episode 6 lands.
Star in it — with permission
You can play the lead: add your own photo in the app and your Character resembles you. Want your partner as the love interest? Can I make an enemies-to-lovers or billionaire romance with AI?
Yes. Name the trope in your premise — enemies to lovers, fake dating, arranged marriage, the heir in disguise — and the Story is built around it. You write the twists and decide where each Episode ends.
Can I put myself or my partner in the romance?
You can star as yourself by adding your own photo in the app. Your partner, or anyone else, has to agree first: the content policy requires the person in the photo or their written consent. Otherwise, cast an original Character.
Do the two leads stay the same across Episodes?
Yes. Each Character is built once and kept on-model through every Scene, close-up and wardrobe change — which is what lets a slow burn pay off.
Is a Character App romance a real video or a slideshow?
Each Scene is filmed as a moving Clip — real motion and timing, not stills with a pan. The Episode is built from the takes you keep.
How steamy can an AI romance get?
Romantic, not explicit. The leads are always adults, and sexually explicit content is against the content policy — this is for longing, tension and the kiss that cuts to the next Scene.
Is this the same as a romance novel generator?
