Coaching content ideas: an AI micro drama series for coaches

A coaching micro drama is a short 9:16 series that follows one client through a change, one breakthrough or setback per Episode. Viewers see your method work on a Character they root for, instead of hearing you describe it. You make the client and the coach once, write the season with the AI Director, and post an Episode a week.

Free: make your Character and its Story as picture-only Slideshows. Real video comes with a plan.

Why a series beats a one-off ad

Talking-head tips teach, but they rarely stick. A client's story shows the method under pressure: the excuse, the relapse, the moment it clicks. Viewers who see themselves in the Character start to trust the coach behind them. Each Episode can still carry one practical tip, shown in a scene.

Season 1

A 5-Episode series outline

Each Episode is 30-90 seconds: one problem, one turn, and a last line that makes the next one necessary.

  1. Episode 1

    Day one

Sam promises a coach she will run a 10K in eight weeks. She has not run since school.

Cliffhanger The coach's first rule: 'You are not allowed to run this week.'

  2. Episode 2

    The walk

Week one is only walking. Sam is bored and annoyed. The coach explains why in one sentence.

Cliffhanger Sam's friend posts a 5K selfie. Sam laces up anyway.

  3. Episode 3

    Too much, too soon

Sam runs too far and cannot walk the next day. She hides it from the coach.

Cliffhanger The coach is waiting at her door with an ice pack.

  4. Episode 4

    The plan

They rebuild the plan together: smaller steps, one rest day, one small win written down each night.

Cliffhanger Race day moves up by two weeks.

  5. Episode 5

    The finish line

Sam does not win. She finishes, and she is the one who gives the next client the first rule.

Cliffhanger Next season: the coach's own goal.

  3. Shot 3

Wide shot: a park at sunrise; Sam arrives in brand-new shoes.

Close-up: the coach hands her a card.

  5. Shot 5

Insert: the card reads 'Week 1: walk only.'

Make it in Character App

Free: make your Character and its Story as picture-only Slideshows. Real video comes with a plan.

  1. 1

    Make your Character

Make the lead once, from a few words, your own photo, or both, in any Art style. The kept picture is the reference for every Scene after.

  2. 2

    Build the World

Describe the place (the shop, the office, the street) or start it from your own photos. It stays the same in every Episode.

  3. 3

Write Episode 1 with the AI Director

Paste your Episode 1 script, or pitch it in one sentence. The AI Director writes the Scenes with your Characters cast in each one. Edit anything before you spend.

  4. 4

Try it free as a picture Slideshow

Make the Episode as a picture-only Slideshow to check the story. With a plan, a narrated Slideshow Story with music is 40 Credits for up to 5 slides.

  5. 5

    Film it with a plan

Film each Scene as a 9:16 Clip. A 5-Clip Episode on H3 Turbo is 125 Credits; Creator ($39.99 a month, 1,600 Credits) makes about 64 HD H3 videos, or 12 such Episodes. The price is on every button.

Example

What it looks like: Guide explainers

Stills from our own guide explainer Clips and our house show Roommates & Rent, made in Character App. Not a client project.

  • A guide explainer Clip made in Character App: a recurring Character explaining one idea to camera.
  • Another guide explainer made in Character App: the same presenter style, a new lesson.
  • Roommates & Rent, made in Character App: a Character delivering one line straight to camera.

Where to post it

Export each Episode as a 9:16 video, with or without on-screen words, and post it yourself to TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, or run it as a paid ad. Character App does not post for you. Every plan includes commercial use per the Terms, with no watermark. Questions, answered

What content works for coaches on TikTok and Reels?

Transformation told as a story: one client, one goal, one setback per Episode. Viewers stay for the person and remember the method.

Do I need a real client's story?

No. A fictional client, made as an original Character, keeps real clients private. If you base it on a real client, get their written permission.

Can I be the coach on screen?

Yes. Make a Character from your own photo and cast yourself as the coach.

Will this replace my talking-head videos?

It sits beside them. Post the drama Episode, then a short talking-head clip that explains the tip it showed.

What does it cost to make?

Free: make your Character and its Story as picture-only Slideshows. Real video comes with a plan. With a plan, a 5-Clip Episode on H3 Turbo is 125 Credits.

Episode 1 starts with one line.
