Why a series beats a one-off story
Children love the same characters night after night — it's why they ask for the same book forty times. A series gives them the comfort of the familiar with one small new thing each evening. Because the Cast and the World stay the same, Pip the fox looks like Pip in Episode 1 and Episode 40, and the burrow is right where they left it.
Original characters, invented together
The heroes here are original characters, never photos of your child. Let your child choose the animal, the name, the favourite snack and the one thing the hero is brave about. Describe it and the Studio draws a character; add details until they say "that's him." Give the hero their favourite colour, a stuffed rabbit just like theirs, or a sidekick based on the family dog. Personal, without anyone's photo.
Make it sleepy on purpose
Bedtime has a different job from every other genre: it should slow a room down.
Slow Scenes
One small action per shot: the lantern glows, the owl blinks, the boat drifts. Soft light and gentle motion wind everyone down.
The same shape every night
A small problem, a kind solution, the walk home, goodnight to the moon. The ritual is the point.
Nothing scary
Keep the stakes tiny — a lost button, a shy star, a cloud that can't find its shape.
End on a yawn
Close on the hero curling up. It's a very effective hint.

Can my child be the main character?
Your child can invent the main character — the animal, the name, the favourite things — and that hero stars every night. The characters are original; please don't upload photos of children.
Are AI bedtime stories appropriate for young kids?
You write and direct every Scene, so you decide exactly what happens, and you can watch each Clip before your child does. The content policy's child-safety rules are strict and always on.
Do the characters stay the same every night?
Yes. Each character is built once and stays on-model across Scenes and Episodes, so the hero your child loves on Monday is the same hero on Friday.
How long is each bedtime Episode?
As long as you make it. Clips run a few seconds each; a handful of Scenes is a short wind-down story, and you can add more on a longer night.
Can siblings or the family pet join the story?
Siblings get their own original characters to invent. The family pet can join from a photo — dogs make excellent sidekicks.
Can I read the story aloud myself?
Of course. Plenty of families turn the sound down and do the voices; the Clips carry the pictures and you carry the story.
