Turn your book into a show, one chapter at a time
You know these people better than anyone. Make your main characters once, from the way the book describes them, then give the AI Director a short summary of a chapter and it writes that chapter as an Episode, with the same faces every time.
Your characters and the first chapter are free as a picture-only Slideshow. Filmed Episodes come with a plan; 5 Clips on H3 Turbo (0:25) are 125 Credits, plus any Scene pictures the Story draws.
Free: make your Character and its Story as picture-only Slideshows. Real video comes with a plan.

How to turn your book into an animated show
Make your main characters as Characters from the book's own descriptions. Then write a short summary of a chapter, a few sentences, and the AI Director turns it into Scenes. Free as a picture-only Slideshow; filmed Episodes need a plan. It works a chapter at a time, not a whole novel in one press.

Honest scope: a chapter at a time
This is not a button that turns a whole novel into a feature film. It is a way to adapt your book the way TV does: one chapter or one arc per Episode. You summarise the chapter in a few sentences, the AI Director writes the Scenes, and you push back in plain words until it matches what you wrote.
Your characters, made once
Describe each main character the way the book does: age, face, clothes, the thing everyone notices. Keep them, and every Scene starts from the same Character. Characters are always adults; a younger character in your book needs to be written as an adult here.
For authors: it is your own story
Adapting your own book is the easy case for rights: it is yours. Do not adapt someone else's book, characters or world. Want a teaser for a launch? See the AI trailer generator. Turning a true story into an Episode? See how to turn a real story into an Episode.
What is free and what needs a plan
Free: one Character a day and one written Story a day, drawn as a picture-only Slideshow. With a plan: narrate a chapter as a Slideshow with music for 40 Credits (web), or film it as Clips, 25 Credits for 5 seconds on H3 Turbo, 125 for a 5-Clip Episode (0:25) plus any Scene pictures.

Questions, answered
Still curious? The guides go deeper.
Can AI turn my book into a movie?
Not a whole novel in one go, and anything that says so is overselling. Here you adapt it a chapter at a time: your characters are made once, and each chapter becomes an Episode the AI Director writes from your summary.
Can I paste in a whole chapter?
Write a short summary instead, a few sentences about what happens. The Director works from a short premise, not a full manuscript.
Will my characters look the same in every chapter?
Yes. Each one is a saved Character and every Scene starts from it.
Can I adapt someone else's book?
No. Adapt your own story. Other people's books, characters and worlds are off limits.
Is it free?
Your characters and the first chapter as a picture-only Slideshow are free. Narration, filmed Clips and MP4 export come with a plan.

- Build a consistent castKeep the same face, proportions, and costume in every episode — the fix isn’t better prompts, it’s architecture.
