How to make your own brainrot characters
Pick an animal and an object, smash them together, and give the creature a sing-song fake-Italian name. The brainrot formula, in three parts
The Italian brainrot trend runs on a simple recipe, and every part of it can be yours.
The mashup
One animal plus one object, fused with complete confidence. A flamingo made of an ironing board. A hamster who is also a pressure cooker. The more serious the render, the funnier the idea.
The name
A sing-song fake-Italian name that describes the creature badly: Lampadino Lumacone, Fornello Criceto. The name is the hook, so put it on screen or in the narration.
The chaos
One absurd action and a punchline in a few seconds. The snail turns itself on at 3 a.m. The hamster whistles and everyone runs.
Original creatures only
The famous brainrot characters belong to the people who made them, so this page does not name them and Character App will not help you copy them. That is fine, because the fun of the trend is inventing. Make something nobody has seen yet and it is yours: your design, your name, your lore. If a creature looks too close to one that already exists, change the animal, the object or both.
From one creature to brainrot lore
One image of one creature is a joke. The trend moved on to lore: rivalries, alliances, tournaments, a creature who betrayed another creature in a video from last month. That needs the same creatures every time, which is what a Cast is for. Build a World for them, say an abandoned water park or a kitchen after midnight, and each Episode adds a new fight, feud or wedding. The designs stay locked, so the lamp-snail in Episode 09 is the lamp-snail from Episode 01, still unreasonably bright.
Fast and silly first
Start in the Playground when you just want to try creatures: draw a few Images, keep the one that makes you laugh, and turn it into a Character. When one earns a following, give it a World and start the lore. Web and iPhone both work, so you can invent a creature on the bus.

What is brainrot lore?

How long should a brainrot Clip be?
Short. Most land in under ten seconds: the creature, one action, a punchline. A 5-second Clip is often enough.
Can the creature say its own name?
Put the name on screen or write it into the Story narration. Narration is an option with its price shown before anything is charged.
