A Clip costs more than an Image, and an Image costs more than a line of text. Settle the order, the Cast and the key frames before you film, and fewer takes go to waste.
Give every Scene one clear event.
A Scene that films well has one subject, one action and one camera idea: she slides the ring across the table, and the camera holds on his face. Two events in one Scene usually means two Scenes.
Vertical, square or wide.
Pick 9:16 for phones, 1:1 for feeds or 16:9 for a widescreen cut. The app only offers the shapes the chosen model supports.

- Does planning cost Credits?
- Writing and reviewing the Story costs 0 Credits. Scene Images use your daily Lite Images first, then Credits. Clips need a plan and show their price before you press.
- Can I film every Scene with Seedance 2?
- You can pick it for any Scene where it is offered. Many people film most Scenes on the default model and save Seedance 2 for a few, since each model has its own rate.
- How many Scenes can a Story have?
- A Story has 3 to 10 Scenes. For something longer, start the next Story in the same World and the Cast comes with it.
- What is Auto-film?
- Auto-film is a switch in the AI Director. Turn it on and it films the Story for you, up to a Credit cap you set for each Story.
- Can I change a Scene after it is filmed?
- Yes. Give the Scene a new direction and make a new take. The new take is priced on the button like the first.
