Seedance 2, Kling, Runway or LTX: which one for your Character?

Video models change every few months, and each one is better at something: motion, sound, length or price. For character work the bigger question is whether the same person shows up in every Clip. Character App sends your saved Character with every Clip and lets you pick the model per Clip.

How to choose

Start with the Character, try the default, then compare one take on another model.

  1. Settle the Character first

    A good reference picture helps every model. Redraw until the face and the outfit are right before you compare anything.

  2. Film one take on the default

    Most Clips start there. Watch the take for the face, the motion and the timing.

  3. Compare one take on another model

    Film the same Scene on Seedance 2 or Kling, compare the two and keep the one that fits. The button shows each price first.

Check whether the face matches the reference, whether the motion reads, whether the sound fits and how long a Clip can run. Then check the price on the button.

  • Some models follow a Character reference more closely than others
  • Some keep sound; others make new sound for the Clip
  • Some models use a flat price per Clip instead of a per-second rate

The Character does not change when the model does.

Your Character, its reference and its World stay put. Switching the model for one Scene does not mean rebuilding the Cast.

It depends on the shot. A saved Character reference matters more than the model. Film one take on the default and one on another model, then keep the one that matches your lead.
Can I use Seedance 2 and Kling in Character App?

Is Runway available in Character App?

How do prices compare?
